Policies / Terms of Use To Sell Tickets
1) We,
TIXBuyers, agree to pay you the full amount of our offer within 24
hours after we receive your tickets.
2) You will
NOT be paid under the following conditions:

If you in any way misrepresented the
information displayed on your tickets (this includes, but not
limited to: false event date, section, row, and quantity).

If we receive your tickets more than 5
days after we agree on a price.

If tickets are deemed invalid. Refer to
section 5.
3) Shipping
Information: U.S. Priority Mail is the only acceptable method of
shipping us your tickets. We are not responsible for lost tickets to
or from our offices. Shipping insurance is an extra-cost option to
you. We will add the cost of U.S. Priority Mail shipping ($4.60) to
the payment for your tickets.
4) E-tickets
/ Ticketfast tickets policy: if you are selling e-tickets (or ticketfast tickets) you MUST inform us before sending us your
tickets. We require a faxed photocopy of your valid drivers’
license. Your e-tickets may be emailed or shipped.
5) If your
tickets are deemed at any point in time ‘invalid’, you the seller,
will be held fully accountable and subject to a fine of $1,000 or
double the face value of your tickets (whichever is higher). |
